Sounds terrible.
Barbarella was a perfect product of it's time and cultural ethos. Attempting to replicate the original will result in a parody similar to a bad SNL sketch. Trying to update the original with modern SFX and modern sensibilities will just be another mediocre sci-fi film.
And, Sydney Sweeney is a pretty girl whose fake breast are much larger than her talent.
