"The girls are volunteers, but the reasons probably vary. This is from an alternate reality/future where suicide is legal and with the proper legal paper work you or your estate/family can be paid for a suicide performance. These women were probably paid. They may have been part of some kind of suicide contract with a group of women, were one woman is randomly picked to hang at an exclusive party like this and her fee is distributed to the other women in the group."
