Yeah I cannot recall if I identified it for someone here or on Foundation...anyway it would have been lost here in the great Crux meltdown of 2013 so is good to have it back as it is a good crux scene and is often remarked upon

Interesting positioning, with the feet crossed and tied behind the stipe.

I'd have no way of easing my arms and shoulders​

from bearing the full weight of my body down to my knees,​

I'd be racked!​

It's an amazing position, wonderful, though not for the victim!
I've always been interested in behind the stipes feet positions. Not so bad, depending on how rthe feet are fixed, but adding that little more of a stress experience (not so much as the pics above).
