This makes me think of a kind of Battle of Stalingrad, with women fighters.
Heavy rain caused a lull in the battle. The soldiers have retired into the ruins.
This square has already changed hands many times during the house-to-house combat.
Those who are in control, leave some naked captives behind. It is more powerful than putting a flag, it is a deterrent, and a living shield!
