An assortment.

Darlene has been condemned to death for refusing to marry the suitor her father had selected for her. This cost the father the large dowry for her hand in marriage. Since it could not be proven she had accepted cash for her sexual activities, she could not be hanged as a whore. She was found guilty of a far worse crime of promiscuity! She will be crucified on the hill above the the village. Part of the sentence requires her to carry part of the cross up the hill. The path is wooded and lined with prickly vines, so she is allowed a loincloth to protect her womanly parts.

Fear not, she will be naked when they raise her on the cross...

I like that there are also more natural, or as I say McDonald's like figures are depicted. In the other it is indicated, that one should use cornus to hold back the bodies, else one immediately gets banana crucifixions.

I prefer crucified women, though pic #2 is interesting with both. The crucified woman (and men, really) is so foreign to the modern mind it breaks all taboos. Pic #5 is great except the foot rest. You are killing her, yes???
