It is from an old Bound Heat video. I can't remember the title, but the plot is that there is a skin disease, so the nuns tie "patients" to crosses and dip them in a pool of holy water to cure them. There is an extended scene of this blonde and a brunette in the water facing each other and making lover eyes. This particular picture is the blonde being pulled out of the water. It's a great scene, from back when BH did good adventure movies.
