To compare, here is another execution as I like them (because I like it a lot when things go wrong as before, I only think that the parameters of the torture are more uncertain in hanging) with the doctor who attests to the death of the condemned ...

What man could have the slightest resistance to these sublime women, as beautiful as they are determined and professional? Personally, I think I would feel like I was in Heaven even before I died ... It would be a truly unsettling experience ...

I've done some RPing online (IRC and SL) where the Dom wanted to execute by hanging or garroting. It is interesting as to the differences for MOST of each type of affecianto.
Doms who like to hang tend to want to torture and rape you and then just hoist you up to watch you die slowly (interestingly very few use the drop method which is a pretty quick death).
Doms who prefer garroting use the garrote as a torture method. Choking you into unconsciousness, reviving you and then starting all over again. They like to draw things out much longer.
I did play with one Dom who told me that his garrote machine pressed a bar against the back of my neck until it broke my spine. Now you can live with a broken neck (although you are paralyzed) and his kink was having sex after his victim was paralyzed. Not my cup of tea but an interesting RP as I had to improvise on the fly (I didn't expect the sex part).
