We don't have as much control of the camera with AI image generation as with 3d art, the default is like this image.
I can use another image as guide for the AI camera as on some other of my AI image generation.

Fallout-like crucifixions, in that video game series in part New Vegas fraction Caesar's Legion crucified slaves and traded slaves.
Wasteland looks scruffy, you have to do something to improve the scenery!

In the future you can use stimpacks instead healing pools in another universes on the Forum.
They do look good. Raise them up and let's see how they look!!!!
