Hornet1ba - My 3d Renderings

The series continue this time instead of rendering with LuxRender i used Iray but the whip marks and blood drip looks
worse:consider those as WIP.

Alex (Hasturian) sent me a tutorial,i just have to put it in practice......

So this is a G8 figure? Looks very good, very detailed. I'm impressed by the quality of the textures for the cross, ground, all looks very high-resolution. Very nice work!

Most of the textures that i use are from Google images,i also create my own bump and normal texture map with Gimp.

That Nvidia Iray rendering engine can give great results if you know how to use it properly.

Part of the great results are due to improved software and hardware capability and the user capability and motivation to learn how to use them.

Also i have to admit that i learned and still do by watching what other artist are doing or have done in the past.

Hornet, if you can put Obscene Display out of business, I reckon m'work here is done.

 
All I want for Christmas is a new Hornet video! I really enjoy your work and realize you can't meet everyone's demands. Just wanted to let you know how much I have been a fan over the years! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and the rest of your fans!

A quick recycling of old animations as there is only 3 days until Christmas....
I actually don't do much animation right now as i prefer to use Iray for my renders: It takes much longer to do a series
of images with Iray.
And in retrospect they are not really that good (my animation)

Have never been able to play the video attachments posted here on this Precambrian iPad I'm driving. I look forward to doing so someday, especially yours, hornet.
