This is what I don't like of impalations pictures on this forum. That slim pole would go into her ass/vagina in seconds.
Use thicker poles, with higher diameter, make her suffer, tore her apart. Crucificion death takes hours, days.... And that slim stick.... C'.mon.... It would ipale her/him to fast.
Let them suffer.

I guess you would use a round nob on the stick, to dilatate first and use some kind of automatic mechanism which controls, iff her or his organs are already rearanged so the pole gets deeper. I mentionend that some operations on adipositas patient, make a short cut through your internals, called gastric bypass. We also seen anal dildo or fist videos where the parts are obviously rather high in the body. And I personaly would not be surprised if someone with some special defects could take it through the mouth out again, but surely don't try that at home....

Yuo are a bit right, but you are going in such a wrong direction. All as you think of impalement, as siting on a piece of a tree which was size of youy hand.
It seriously did not go that way.
In Eastern Regions it seriously went like that:
1) 30-40- pine tree shaped in a pole.
2) Anus or vagina would be placed in the orfice (ass or vagina)
3) The victim would be dragged deeper and deeper into the impalement stick. bny the horses.
4) It would tear him/her apart as the pole was like a.... a random tree size.
Only after that she/he would be raised at a pole, to do the gravity. And that is where impalement torture is starting to be an execution.
