Should add some weight to that stake to ensure it penetrates slightly deeper with every move.
It would be very efficient, being upside down with the head locked in place ensures the stake will come out of the mouth, and the victim will last longer, plenty of blood for the head... Although having no blood, shit and torn innards tricking down the stake is a bit of a downside.
