That is "Pentegram Crux" from Hogtied. I have the full video, and it is great but it has the wrong soundtrack.Do you have a version where the sound matches the video?
Crucified on a Pentegram...could someone die from that?

I would think probably not (I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong) as the body's weight would be very well supported and so you wouldn't get the breathing difficulties associated with "normal" crux.
Of course you could still die from infection (from scourging wounds etc inflicted before being crucified or during), or from dehydration, malnutrition or exposure if you were left there for extended periods etc, but I don't think that the actual crux on its own would be life-threatening.
Who knows what the Japanese got up to? Some pretty strong stuff at times.
