Okay, I am coming to this thread extremely late, and I don't currently have the time to go through all 90+ pages. So it is possible that my question is answered in the thread, perhaps somewhere on page 42, but I am going to ask.

Has anyone seen, or even heard of, a breast pillory?

I've never seen a breast pillory as such, but there are a few contraptions to encase them, for example, this one:

I don't know if a nipple trainer qualifies as a "restrain," but surely it has its effect:

That first image is pretty close to a breast pillory, so thanks! Along that same line, I've always thought an automotive hose clamp would make a nice breast bondage device.

And I have long been a fan of nipple stretchers, but it's not quite the same. ;-)
