I've seen some discussions on this forum and the likes I got from my posts, and I can't help but notice what seems to be an insistence on the victim being undressed.

Is this the case for you? Why?

By dressed here I don't mean just a piece of loincloth or some underwear. It could be damaged, but it should still gives the impression that no effort was taken in undressing the victim.
 
I am really open to any possibility, but if you give me the choice I would prefer a loincloth or fundoshi, or even for the victim to be naked since for me humiliation is an important part of flagellation and crucifixion.

Which one do you prefer Alexia?

I generally prefer the victim to be dressed. I think clothes are expressive and provide a lot of context. I like nakedness too, but I prefer it to be a "fashion choice" than a way to let people see more pussies and tits.

Like, if a girl is drawn naked on the cross, dialogue, environment, or descriptive text to say why (captive, display, execution) would go a long way for me.

A good example that the victim can also be dressed and can be a good option to consider.

Tree has an issue with calling the condemned person a 'victim'. If someone is being executed, one hopes they deserve to be. In Tree's country, with all the appeals the convict gets, it can take 10 to 20 years before they are done.
If the condemned is only allowed to appeal their conviction, they would be executed much sooner. Let them appeal their conviction if they wish and when they lose, take them to their execution.

Of course, if you wanted someone to pay for their crime, crucify them naked. They would certainly regret their crime!!!

Both undressed and dressed in something sexy are good.
 
As I once was a soldier so I clearly understand that clothing has a meaning and is called uniform. So different clothing is used to express something. In a passion play, having the crucified wearing a loincloth is like a country singer wearing a stetson. In a nudist society putting nude people on cross is pointless but inevitable. It might be mandatory to make nude punishments to humiliate the people. The famous crucifixion was surely nude because the circumcision was found pervers by the romans. In our gayphobic society we will crucify nude males with cornus, while we dream of nude females, while all females are crucified with clothes.

Why? For humiliation purposes, I think.
The excellent DjEtla also has written a couple of crucifixion stories where the executee's clothes are also thrown away, to increase her humiliation and the feeling of being discarded with all the things that pertained to her normal life.
You can find his excellent story here (it's one of the stories that awakened my long-dormant kink for crucifixions... yeah, it's that good).



Regarding me... I have always considered only undressed executee, either for hanging, electrocution, or crucifixion.
Usually having them strip just before the execution commences.

I made two exceptions though: in one of my stories I had a girl executed by pussy-electrocution thru a special type of conductive panties, so she had some clothes, technically.

I will add on that while I'm perfectly accepting of the cruxees being clothed, I do believe there is such a thing as being overdressed.

By that, I mean having stuff like stockings, gloves, etc, in addition to the base outfit.

Hands and feet should definitely be completely uncovered if possible.
