Is there an insistence on the victim being undressed?

I've seen some discussions on this forum and the likes I got from my posts, and I can't help but notice what seems to be an insistence on the victim being undressed.

Is this the case for you? Why?

Nope. I have a huge fetish for clothing, especially skirts. When I say I like loincloths, I actually mean skirt style loincloths. It’s always been like that for me and it triggers my main kink…

I realise it’s a personal thing. But I much prefer fully clothed to naked, especially women’s clothing. I’m not enamored of male fashion… put us in skirts or dresses for our corporal punishment, slavery, or execution please.

By dressed here I don't mean just a piece of loincloth or some underwear. It could be damaged, but it should still gives the impression that no effort was taken in undressing the victim.

This is why I chose the “partly dressed” option. Just a rag draped around my waist as a basic “loincloth” skirt and nothing else.

Good question... I voted for undressed victim but it is not a must as you can torture and execute also dressed victims and sometimes it is ok.
Apart from humiliation, I feel that undressed victims were also a "practical" need if you get blood out of them and you want to save their clothing (remember the roman soldiers dividing Jesus clothes? Would you get them if covered with his blood?).
In this case, if for "modesty" questions the victim was supposed not to be fully naked, "single use" clothes were used (even with the guillotine: look at the large skirt in the old prints)
So, at the end my vote should be: dressed or undressed depending on situation and cultural background of the specific case

The concept of crucifixions (Tree is talking nailing the subject to the cross here) is to execute them- rather slowly in a most cruel fashion. In ancient times, it would be considered cruel, even inhumane, to strip the condemned person naked, nail them to a cross, and raise them so all could see the person's punishment as they hang from the cross...

...so of course, that is what the authorities sentenced the criminal to. After hours- maybe days- hanging naked on the cross the criminal would be begging death to end his agony.

Of course, in modern times, such a nude crucifixion might not have the same shock value. A woman condemned to the cross for lewd flirtations on a public nude beach should not be ashamed of being condemned to death by crucified naked... but there is the crowd that gathers around the recently raised woman. They are not shy about shouting crude remarks at the woman on the cross. She wants to cover her exposed body but the nails prevent her from doing so...

She should not be concerned about the crowd. They will get bored and leave her hanging from her cross until it finishes its work on her.
