Well, there's some 18 of them and there's a guy in the background with a motivator, didn't want to position him in the fore as it would obscure some details ...

Yes, I can see him. But anyway it's going to be a lot of work for him to motivate all these women !!!

He's union. He only works like 4 hours a day, get 6 coffee breaks 15 minutes each, has 12 sick days and can't be fired for whipping like a wimp. There's actually 4 people hired to do the nominal work of one. 3 working shifts and one giving days off and vacation.
