It just occurs to me that #7 clearly has a Prussian theme, and hence is presumably also from "The Prussian Girls". The only scene in that novel that fits the image is Dedaux's brief recounting of the (real life) Doris Ritter flogging, so I think there is a fair chance that #7 is intended to show Doris. The style of uniform doesn't quite fit the 1730s, but that's true of #1 too which I know comes from that book.Answering my own question: it's Hans Braun. Here are another 10 of his drawings:

#1 and #2 (and possibly others) were commissioned as illustrations for "The Prussian Girls" by J.D. Dedaux (or Dedeaux) -- a classic spanking novel I have posted about before.
