Arrested for taking a bath? This exceeds any "not reading fine print" issue - nobody puts fine print in a tub. I think she's legitimately in trouble.Morning already! … time for a nice bath, another day of sightseeing, and a rendezvous to drop off the documents I am carrying!
This hotel is lovely … I am so glad I chose it … what a wonderful bathroom!
Ohhh, there’s nothing like a nice warm bath … feels so good … Wait! What was that I heard? Someone is in my room!

Um, Yes, what are you doing here? This is my room! Get out!!
“Sorry, but you are under arrest. Get out of the tub and get dressed; you are coming with us!”

I think it's fate, or possibly predetermination. It's sort of like a CF law - where there is a seemingly benign and relaxing situation, and Barb enters the room, trouble is sure to follow.

“Ms. Moore, we have reason to believe that you are here on an espionage mission. You are delivering a message to a contact here in our country, aren’t you?”
No! What in the world would ever give you such an idea? I am just a tourist. There has been a terrible mistake! You have the wrong person. Release me at once!
“I’m sorry, but we know better than that. You have been implicated by another prisoner who gave up your name under interrogation. It’s all here in this dossier. There is no point in denying anything. Just tell us what the message is that you are carrying. Where is it?”
No, I keep telling you, this is all a mistake!
“Well, we’ll see about that, Ms. Moore. We are taking you to the interrogation block.”
“Strip! We must search you! Don’t be shy, all of it … Now!"
“Now, bend over and put your hands on the table!”
