Emperor Quercus had condemned Barbaria to death for selling her body for for pleasures an not paying taxes on her profits. His trusted soldier SeD is in charge of her execution. She is to be nailed to a cross and hanged from it until she is dead.
To Barbaria this has been nothing more than a public rape of her body. She has been forced to carry the cross she will die upon while barely dressed at all. Now at the site when she will be crucified, SeD removes the last of the rags she wears. He mocks her as he strips her saying she will 'feel so mush more at ease'.
It is with horror she hears him say "Let everyone see the body you sold. Let them freely look at your flesh while you die that you considered worthy of a few coins..."
