After the tragic accidental death of Lord Frederick Beresford his wife, Lady Abigail, inherited the massive country estate. Lady Abigail, as a noted animal rights activist, had banned all hunting on the estate. Some poachers had assumed with Lord Frederick gone the estate would be easy pickings for an occasional deer hunt.
They assumed wrong.
