The case is a legal matter.
The results are deep seeded but also an excuse destroy and pillage.

Most often the ones doing the act have no interest in the problem or situation.

This is the sad part!

I so agree with all that has been said here.

I'll admit I hadn't heard of her until the BBC - to their credit - reported her death today,
she was evidently a huge celebrity in the Arab world,
and we just don't get to hear about people enjoying themselves
in the Middle East -

the music and her singing carries me to another world

I was qute shocked when he died 2 days after being struck by that ball. Despite the potential danger of the sport, such a tragedy is really quite rare. Days away from his 26th birthday, and on the verge of recall to the Australian side, his death has cast a cloud over the start of the season here.

I never heard of anyone being killed by a cricket ball :(

If I had a pound for every time I was hit by one in my younger days....

Everyone who has ever touched a cricket bat feels for Phil, his family, and his teammates.

Just read that! That is really shocking and sad.:( In cycling we almost take the dangers for granted but it's sports like cricket that don't seem as "dangerous" get overlooked.

Well I had to look this up and Dec. 4 is St. Barbara day. According to Wikipedia her father tortured her daily for becoming a Christian...

...but miraculously her wounds would heal over night, allowing Barb to fully enjoy the next session [citation needed, Tree added that] until finally he beheaded her.

That put an end to her fun...

I used to be an such avid cyclist (still enjoy it, though I stay on the roads or trails these days) that the summer after eighth grade I served every 6:30 AM Mass so I could get cycling in before the day got too hot... 1970, if you must know...
