Yes, I'm pretty sure he asked to close his account early this year. Once we do that, we no longer have access to any of their details or history, so I don't and can't know the reason (even if I did remember it, I'd have to treat it as confidential).
 
Montycrusto decided to leave around 6 weeks ago, after discussion with one of the moderator team.
Again, the discussion was confidential, and the rest of us weren't party to it.
I understand he is active on another site now, I think @mp5stab knows where.
We miss him a lot, and hope he'll rejoin us some day.

He is on Pixels in Peril the last time I looked.

And yes he is very much missed.
