I have gotten quite a number of positive responses to my manipulations. Thank you for your interest. I thought you might like these new ones.
HI, the image "inquiry" is one of mine and missing the signature and site info, I have no problem my images being used, I do when the signature is erased.I have gotten quite a number of positive responses to my manipulations. Thank you for your interest. I thought you might like these new ones.
My apologies Damian. I condensed the artwork to keep it below the 400kb that Crux Forum requires. I have admired your works over the years. I had changed the title to reflect the humorous nature of the moment.HI, the image "inquiry" is one of mine and missing the signature and site info, I have no problem my images being used, I do when the signature is erased.
Yeah, cropping off or erasing the artist’s signature is a big no-no, but of course if you found it already altered like that, it might be forgivable… (a mere public whipping instead of crucifixion or breaking on the wheel)My apologies Damian. I still have the original, and could replace the illustration if I had a way of going back into my original post. I have been an admirer of Damian's work for a number of years now. His works were prominent on the old Crucified-Women.com site. Yes, a whipping may be in order, or in the case of the woman in Damian's illustration, a secession on the strapado. OUCH!Yeah, cropping off or erasing the artist’s signature is a big no-no, but of course if you found it already altered like that, it might be forgivable… (a mere public whipping instead of crucifixion or breaking on the wheel)
Admirer or not.. please don’t crop off the sig!I still have the original, and could replace the illustration if I had a way of going back into my original post. I have been an admirer of Damian's work for a number of years now. His works were prominent on the old Crucified-Women.com site.
OK, I got it.I would just note that the intention of this thread is for manips that create an "original" scene, using photo or other elements, in an artistic manner. This should generally be more than putting a caption onto an existing image.
No harm done my friend, I use other peoples images all the time, I'm sure you understand though when the image is whole and should have a signature when posted. I like some of the stuff you have done, keep at it and enjoy. D.My apologies Damian. I condensed the artwork to keep it below the 400kb that Crux Forum requires. Hi Phlebas, yes Lily is currently in Sydney. She's in Sydney? Where? From the view she must be staying at Loinclothslave's place.

Congratulations on your first manip of the year, Jolly! The film grain and soft focus are suggestive of the Victorian period, and the kind of erotica we find in early photography. Now that we're in the AI age, it's nice to see a manipulation reminiscent of a time when the dark room seemed to present a threat to traditional art.
