These are definitely motorcycles (or trikes). In the former GDR I was even able to get my moped license in 1969 at the age of 14. This was even possible without a driving school. You just had to show up at the police station, pass your theory test there and later show on a cordoned off area that you could do slaloms and curves and mastered starting and braking. Driving on the road was not required. Something like that would be unimaginable today!regarding 3-wheelers, also in Italy they are considered as motocycles and you can drive them with an "A" driving license. It means even when 14-16 years old if motor power is low enough. And for stability, nowadays you can do like this (are they motorcycles, aren't they?)
