Ridiculously strong expressions

hello, I've been solving the problem with expressions for models in daz3d for a long time ... I have the same problem as the person in this discussion ,,, if I give a different expression from the menu, I get a monster ... I found out that I have to turn on or off the limits in the parameter but I have no idea how.. could someone please help me?

Can be bad expression morphs, or unsuitable for a custom character morph.
You can allways dial the expression back to a lesser percentage in the parameter tab.
Some expression as loaded straight from library in this way can be over the top at 100%

Or sometimes it is a mix of morphs that interact with each other
