Here is another twist on slavery.
The Treasury Department and the Federal Reserve convinced Congress and the President of an impending debt bubble. Congress and the President, in turn, came up with an ingenious way to prevent the bubble from getting any bigger. It was called the Limited Slavery Program (LSP.)
The LSP worked by allowing any hot woman between the ages of 18 and 60 with a crushing debt load to register for LSP debt forgiveness. All the woman had to do was to set up a profile on on the LSP website with a picture of herself in street clothes. (No nudies, no bikinis, just street clothes.) The woman also had to specify her sexual orientation. If the woman got lucky, a wealthy donor would purchase her debt. In lieu of paying the donor financially, the woman had to agree to be the donor's slave for a period of time commensurate with the amount of her debt, or a period of time selected by the donor.
The "Limited" in the Limited Slavery Program was not put there by accident or as an afterthought. Congress and the President enacted certain rules donors would have to follow.
-the donor, personally, could not have sex with the woman
-the donor could not scar, mark or leave any visible traces on the woman
-the donor could not kill the woman
-the donor had to agree to random spot checks by the Department of the Treasury to verify that the woman was physically healthy. If a woman-slave was found to be neglected (nutrition, hygeine), injured or made physically ill by the woman, the donor would be arrested and subject to criminal prosecution. The slave woman also underwent monthly STD tests. If she tested positive, she received free medical treatment. In fact, any woman who agreed to be a slave under the LSP received free medical treatment for the duration of her slavery plus twenty-five years.
-the donor had to agree to have a cell/room for the woman with a functional toilet and shower
-the donor could not transport the woman outside of where she was legally registered by the Treasury Department as being "stabled."
-the donor could film and photograph the woman, but the donor could not use the footage or photographs for commercial gain
Those were the only limitations on the donors/owners. The woman, once she had been selected by a donor, had to sign a form acknowledging and consenting to the fact that she would be the donor's slave for the period of time specified by the donor. She also had to sign and initial clauses that specified that, for the duration of her enslavement, she could expect to be cut off from all communications from family and friends. She also had to sign and initial a very specific clause agreeing that she was the donor's property for the entire duration of her enslavement and that, bar the above specified limitations on the donor, the woman was bound by law to do what the donor told her to do. Any disatisfactory report from the donor to the Treasury Department meant the woman's debt came back life, with additional accrued interest.
Once a donor selected a woman to be the donor's slave, the woman had forty-eight hours to show up to a Treasury Department facility near where the donor specified. If the donor lived across the country, the woman was escorted by Treasury Department security on a special government plane to the Treasury Department facility of destination.
Once the woman arrived at the Treasury Department facility, she was ordered to strip for the donor's inspection. Most women stripped voluntarily. Some women, the shock of the reality of the impending enslavement hitting them and rendering them immobile, had to be stripped by Treasury agents.
The woman's slavery began the second the last stitch of clothing departed from her naked flesh. If the donor told her to turn, wiggle or finger herself, the woman had to comply. If the donor requested it, the woman had to undergo a cavity search performed by the Treasury agents.
The donor then decided whether or not to accept the woman as a slave. If the donor accepted the woman as a slave, Treasury supplied handcuffs, ankle shackles, and leather choker with chain and a hood. The donor could choose to use them or not. The donor could also opt to allow the woman to dress herself if the donor so desired. The donor could also opt to clothe the woman in rags, in a prison jumpsuit, in kinky latex. The donor could also opt to keep the woman naked, in which case the donor was required to have a heated vehicle outside if the temperature so warranted.
The women were all hot. They were of a wide variety of sizes and body shapes, but they were all smoking hot. Their LSP profile pictures had to be accurate and up to date. As a result of this, 99% of donors accepted the woman on the spot, although most also requested Treasury give the woman the cavity search beforehand.
The donors were all people of considerable means. Apart from that, they too varied widely. Some were harsh from the first second of ownership, calling the woman "bitch" on the spot, and calling her "bitch" for the entire duration of her enslavement. Some donors were indifferent in this regard, just assigning the woman a number or another nickname. Some donors were initially nice, calling the woman by her first name.
The periods of enslavement varied. Some were as short as six months. Some went beyond five years.
The specifics of the enslavements also varied. Some donors simply used their new slaves as maids and cooks, and allowed them to keep their clothes or wear uniforms. Other owners were all Drill Instructor up in the women's grills for the entire period of their enslavement, which was, for these women, effectively boot camp, and very often naked boot camp.
Other donors used the women as objets d'art, having them alternately stand naked in the hallway or by the staircase or sit naked in the living room (or on the terasse during summer months) all day.
Other donors were artists, some in their minds, some real. These donors cast the women's bodies and made sculptures from the casts, or painted the woman, either on canvas or on the woman's skin.
Other donors taught the women how to dance or do gymnastics, and then had the women dance naked or do naked gymanstics for their amusements and for the amusements of friends during soirees.
Other donors were outright pervs. Some of these donors had their women dildoing their pussies and anuses every day for the entire duration of these women's enslavements. Among the pervy donors were BDSM enthusiasts, who kept their slave women bound all day, in uncomfortable positions.
Another subset of pervy donors was unique. They often had the means to buy two or more female slaves. This special subset of pervy donors deliberately bought two or more women who had listed themselves as "heterosexual" on their LSP profiles, then ordered to two or more women to make love to each other. Naturally, these women were aghast at the prospect, but the threat of their debt being resurrected had them complying in short order. Women who, before their enslavement, had been thirty- or forty-year old housewives and mothers or eighteen year old youth ministers in their churches then became addicted to having tits and pussies in their mouths and female fingers up their asses as slaves. Some of this subset of pervy donors kept one woman for a long time while rotating other women. The long time slave woman, who had been heterosexual before her enslavement, initiated the new slave woman into lesbianism.
A trick that was extremely popular within this subset of pervy donors was to buy a forty year-old wife and mother and pair her with a long-term slave in her twenties. These pervy donors would often laughingly exchange tales of how their forty year-old slave passed from shock to tears, to meek compliance with this sudden forced lesbianism, to being a full-on lesbian who could not start her day without her fix of pussy juice and a woman's digit up her ass.
The LSP succeeded wildly beyond anyone's expectations. The debt bubble was deflated before it got to big, but that was the least noticeable outcome. The most unforeseen, astonishing and astounding outcome was that over 90% of the women who had been slaves for a year or more did not want to go back to freedom once their term of slavery had expired. It was not just the guaranteed free medical. It was that these women had come to love the freedom slavery had opened up to them, the freedom, in many cases, from the societal constraints of having to wear clothes, the freedom to be the inner sub, the inner lesbian they never knew they were, both things they could not engage in back home.
Some donors kept their slaves. For those donors who would not or could no longer keep a woman who wanted to continue being a slave beyond the expiration of her enslavement, Treasury had to set up a special program with the Health Department to wean these women away from slavery--the point of separation from former owners was always a crisis--and back to their previous lives. Many of the women who transitioned back to their normal lives told their female relatives and friends how awesome it was to be a slave. So, when Congress announced that they were considering defunding the LSP, they had to immediately withdraw the motion out of a threat of massive riots of women on the streets.
Another unforeseen bonus of the LSP was that, as a result of it, homophobia disappeared from America overnight. 99% of the women who became situational lesbians while enslaved remained actively bisexual after transitioning back to their former lives. They aggressively sought out threesomes with their husbands/boyfriends and other hot women. Many men who had been deprived of their wives/girlfriends during the latter's years of enslavement, on top of the joys of being reunited, got the bonus of an active, far hotter sex life than they had enjoyed before. These men and their bisexual ex-slave wives and girlfriends were numerous enough to compel every state legislature to abolish what remaining anti-homosexual laws remained.
One group that was initially very unhappy with the outcome of the LSP was divorce lawyers. With happy, hyperactive sex lives, divorce rates plummeted.
