A fine picture .. but if it’s by “milenarabinovich” as the label suggests, I will eat my own head.
My guess would be Turnkey97 although I don’t see this particular image in his gallery there.
Milenarabinovich was just a rip-off artist who tried to pass off other people’s artwork as her own.

My hometown is flourishing ever since we decided to shut down the local powerplant and oil refinery. We decided to go for green alternatives. And no jobs were lost. Men get to work prolonged shifts, keeping them well fit. The women...well... they all got promoted to managers.
