I really like these. I am a beginner at doing this sort of artwork.
I find getting the characters to look like they were actually in the scene very difficult.

You're very close to achieving that, especially in the first picture

In this hospital they follow some of the old traditional remedies such as bloodletting. Unusually they use a whip for the bloodletting and unfortunately my illness is difficult to determine thus they are forced to use the remedy over and over, daily. It is convenient to leave me shackled for this purpose.
