I can do it.

In the old days, prison sentences were usually short. In return, a daily dose of pain was inflicted, e.g. by painful immobilization of arms, legs. Just like in this picture.

They look rather uncomfortable IMHO

All of these positions would be ideal for "weekend prisons". A sample sentence could include 3 hours in such stress positions every weekend for 6 months. This should be a mandatory version of the sentence for young mothers so they can care for their children instead of spending years in regular prisons.
