Here's some stress positions I screen capped recently:

A student at an exclusive academy for young ladies has disappointed the headmaster with her behavior. He has her strip naked and do deep knee bends with her arms up. Not satisfied that she has learned her lesson, as who would be?--he subsequently canes her vigorously. This is clearly a proper corrective, given the seriousness of the young lady's infraction . . . whatever it may have been.
