There's a bit of a mysterious story here. Elegant watercolors, including on the topic of spanking, dated 30-40 years of the last century, signed by Julie Delcourt, clearly a Frenchwoman, but living in Germany. There is a version that Julie Delcourt may actually be Gert Gagelmann, a graphic artist of men's fashion who worked actively both before and after World War II. In some cases, the works (and there are just a lot of them) were also signed "Herman Haggelman" and "Herman Herman" Here are a few works allowed by the limits.
