Actually, Heineudo, this is a very clever arrangement. The pony presses where it needs to, but the girl can pull up with her arms since she can reach the overhead pipe. However, she would never be able to sustain it very long, and would have to let the weight of her body back down. If anything, the chain pulling down with the sandbags should be a link or two shorter. And so it goes on.
