Billy-Bob’s towing to Arkansas Highway Patrol dispatch: “picked up blue-state troublemaker, Barbara Moore … the one that caused the accident and traffic jam on the Interstate near the Missouri state line. Car registered to TH Tree, Missouri plates. Looks like it’s totaled. Bringing Ms Moore, and her bitchy mouth, in for questioning and arrest.”
