A life sentence is harsh, though. But it inspires an idea.

The government realized that prisons were overcrowded with people who had committed non-violent felonies. The womens' prisons were especially overwcrowded. The government also did not like the concept of private prisons, which cost the taxpayers too much money. Unhappy taxpayers tended to vote. So the government had to get creative.

It did.

The government passed legislation allowing federal and state prosecutors to offer hot women charged with non-violent felonies the option of one year of Nude Servitude in exchange for saving the cost of a trial and incarceration. Women who accepted this option were also offered the possibility of having their records expunged if they performed at or above "satisfactory."

The government then leased the women who accepted one year of Nude Servitude to persons with security clearances and money. These persons were called the penalizers. But there were rules for the penalizers. They could not personally have sex with the woman (women) they leased. They had to have a government-inspected and approved facility that was warm enough for the leased women and they had to feed the leased women. They also could not leave any physical marks on the leased women.

Other than that, the penalizers could do what they wanted with the leased women. They could use them as maids. They could use them as objets d'art for display at parties (as long as a strict "no touching" policy was in place.) They could make the leased women do jumping jacks in front of them all day. They could keep the leased women bound in comfortable, but not painful, positions for a good period of time during the day.

The penalizers could also rent out the leased women to biology departments and medical schools for students to visually and digitally inspect and examine.

The penalizers could also compel the leased women to shove things in their pussies and assholes and to play with their tits. In fact, the government allowed for "bonus points" to be added towards a leased woman's expungation of record if she agreed to vaginally and/or anally masturbate in front of the camera for the internet, with the option of a blindfold or a hood if the leased woman wanted to keep her anonymity. Leased women who opted for these bonus points and who waived the anonymity option got even more bonus points.

The leased women had to do what the penalizers asked of them, even if it meant licking the floor...even if it meant having sex with another leased woman.

The Nude Servitude program became so popular that university biology and psychology departments and medical schools bought leased women wholesale and conducted several studies of women's sexuality as a result.
