Diana was a queen of sheeba, a very cruel one . She was famous for inflicting strict punishment reforms out of her empire. The neighboring counties were afraid but one day formed an alliance to attack on sheeba. It was a tough fight but soon the queen was captured.
The men started to put up their ideas through a voting system, women were not allowed to vote coz they would have had a soft corner for the queen. The majority was in favor of public execution for the queen.
She was allowed to wear only the bottom panties (a tiny thong) and heels . Her breasts were completely exposed as she was being brought out to the crowd. The crowd consisted of many genders and races of people. Women were given the front seats to witness this directly (as they did not participated in the vote). They were just thinking that how could someone be so cruel.

Today, its a different story as she has been captured, and will be tortured by the rebels.
Her beautiful sister and brother were chained to front row so that they could witness all of this. They were afraid and so was diana about what's going to happen. As per the people's vote , she was to be whipped first. She was allowed to wear her tiny thong and heels , and it was a front body whipping. The audience had voted for 100 lashes and based on her measurements the torture device was to be determined. Executioner brought out a measuring tape and started to measure her breasts. Size was 38DD and device was as follows:

32A to 32C : belt
32D to 34DD : whip (cat o nine)
34E to 36DD : bull whip
36E to 40H: chain

So it was the chain for her. Her brother started fighting back listening to this which was of no use, and her sister started crying.

Putting aside for a moment the themes, this artist has a spectacular technique almost certainly influenced by Moebius and Eleuteri Serpieri.
