'Dear Executioner' would be a good title. I think it's a lovely example of a picture
that tells a story in a very few words, and leaves all the rest to our imaginations.
The 'Executioner' has arrived for some reason, the girl's ready for him... all we need to know

Remark : only the daughter is entirely nude and prepared to torture. The man (a policeman ?) has a whip ans he has a folder under his arm too : the initial idea was to torture only the young girl in front of her mother. Why ? We can only imagine the scenario
In order to replace her, the mother withdraws her dress (she is nude under it)

In fact the girl refuses because she takes a secrete pleasure in the situation

Can anyone imagine the entire history ?
