On another matter, I've been self reflecting again on myself and how I see and live my life. Perhaps I might have the courage to ask this more directly one day but I wonder sometimes how people have these interests and manage to be open about them as they are. By all accounts, my more sadistic interests go against my moral code and yet here I am. Either way, making these koi scenes acts as a vent if anything but also a form of storytelling at times.
 
You are allowed, like all other humans that have ever existed, to have and express a darker side, and to do so without violating good morals. I know it's a lot easier to say that than it is to believe it, but consider that the people who frequent this board also have real lives, and that very likely most of the people who have met members of this board are utterly unaware of their less savory pastimes. Perfectly decent people have indecent hobbies more often than you might think.

There is no contradiction to be found in engaging in fantasy. Watching films, playing games, or even reading books will expose you to countless acts of barbarism and cruelty, which you will derive entertainment from in some fashion, despite the fact that you'd rightly find them abhorrent if they were committed in real life against real people. So long as you harm no one, no harm has been done.

Now those are actually pretty good! I have been too busy with other projects to continue with my own crux work atm so it's great to see others make use of resources I put together.
 
I wanted to send a transparent message on my absence here in this thread since I know it's been months since I last posted.

Besides work and other events going on in my personal life, I've taken up managing and writing for different animated projects. This is where most of my main focus is going towards right now as I want to release my own comic series and help write for another animated series currently in the works.

I unfortunately don't have time to continue working on my crux story but please know that I am aware of it and wish to finish it one day.

For the sake of anonymity, I won't be mentioning the names of the projects I am working on. They're not well known or big but I do not want the name "Aves" being associated with them.

You relax friend. Focus on your projects and then you surprise us with your drawings.
 
So there's been an update with koikatsu's better repack which I finally installed to take a look at some of the new things that have been added. I gotta post these up cause they're something I've been wanting for a while that word work well for crux scenes and what not.

First off, we finally got a mod with proper whips and nails. A bloody blessing that I no longer have to make my own mock ups out of random materials. Unfortunately no actual full crosses so the wooden beams from the medieval modpack are still the better ones to use for these.

The second one is a ton of new maps for the charastudio which includes some new cool dungeon maps like this one here. Will definitely want to play around with it.

Then there was some more armor options added in so I can finally make this hunking knight. Can't wait to replace my old shoddy knights with this new version I made.

I may have to make some new bloody overlays too.

If anyone is curious on the Haruko story, that's still on hold for now. I just wanted to take a break from the other projects I've been working on as they've been draining me of energy lately.

Out of curiosity, what's the name of the modpack? (I'd rather not download the full studio mod pack, it's way too big and I'm having a look out for my storage capacity.)
