Yes it's 3D printed. I didn't design the digital model for this - I just downloaded it from Thingiverse, but I did re-model the handle and the neck piece as I thought the original version was a bit ugly;

I took the original files for the screw handle and the neck base and reworked them until I was happy with the way they looked;

That is amazing, well made. I bet just showing that to a restrainted victim and opening it up in front of them would have them confessing to everything.

It's very strong and hard, but care needs to be taken regarding the orientation of the parts on the print bed, as the bonds between layers are always going to be the weak points. In particular I made sure that when preparing the files for printing, that I had the screw thread lying flat in order to prevent it from snapping in use. This does however, require a lot more clean-up of the part afterwards, particularly in the removal of support material artifacts.

Also, the printed material can have some very sharp edges, so they need to be carefully sanded smooth (and coated with a non-toxic sealer) if they are to be used as sex toys.

Additionally, after-use cleaning of printed parts can be a challenge as the material has a tendency towards porosity, making effective sanitisation tricky (It's not really a good idea to share your sex toys anyway, though I'm sure we've all done it) though strong alcohol followed by warm soapy water works well as long as you have a good sealer coat on there. For home-made penetrative toys I would always suggest putting a condom over them before use, though obviously with something like the pear, that's not going to work very well...

My pear was designed primarily to be a display object rather than a usable sex toy (which is why I gave it the old-looking metallic paint job) though I have used it on myself and my partner Cyndi a few times without issues :)

Because I wanted it mainly as a decorative object and never intended to actually use it, but once I had it completed, I decided to try it to see if it would really work - and it did. Yes there are some beautiful ones that you can buy and they are much better to use but mine was made to look like a medieval device and most of the time it just sits in my display cabinet along with a few other weird and wonderful things that I've made :)

Insex had an awesome piece where "912" (Ann Marie) is strapped into a sort of gyno table with her legs spread in stirrups. The pear is only the start of her misery. Water is added to a pail attached to the pear, which has already been painfully expanded in her vagina, causing the weight to pull on it. Then the electricity is used as she is tortured (beautifully I might add) for about 15 minutes. Imagine being the camera person for this one. Personally, I love the look on her face in #2. This luscious woman has been tortured in every imaginable way in these videos and she must be experiencing some pretty mixed emotions as she anticipates her imminent ordeal
