I can't help with the first drawing (I would also like to know the artist), but the second one is by Roadrunner, from the Malsavia series.

As @wulf said, the second one is by an artist whose moniker was roadrunner. I think he still does 3D but no torture.

Most likely, the author of the first drawing is some unknown student who made this drawing with a fountain pen at a lecture in the course of physics "resistance of materials". His last name is unknown to me, but what is written in the figure can be translated if necessary.
