I favour a good long time during which the condemned is subjected to rigorous training to get her fit to last a long time and put up a good show on the cross - in my 'Interrogation and Punishment Centre for Girls', we're given 6 months on the Tower Treadmill so our muscles, especially legs, are in top condition.
