Resurrecting this issue, but it seems like my "watched" threads stop notifications if I haven't posted on them for a few weeks? Is there anyway to permanently "watch" threads and continue to receive notifications?
Being active here for almost 10 years, I can tell, the notifications often disappear after not having posted on a watched thread, although some alerts remain persistently, while other notifications already stop within 2 weeks. An old, often mentioned, and apparently incurable problem.
