I'm a lazy guy so to immobilize quickly and effectively a fighting woman with a net seems to me the best way.
It's easier to chain her wrists and ankles and the drag her to the castel for the interrogation.
She have to answer to many questions about her warriors, where are her treasures of years of robbery and eventually to listen to her final judgement.

it's a fantasy coming from many '60y movies ( and Xena as well) , YouTube is full of these kind of scenes, where the warrior was fully dressed and just arms and feet ( !!) were naked and the torture lasted few seconds before the inevitable salvation by some idiot. So when @gregorad73 asked about fighting I fantasized that scenario.

@gregorad73 Is it important a fixed number ? I think that is better to evaluate the cases one by one. How strong is the woman ? Do you want to reduce her to a raw bloodish body ? Do you prefer to be able to count the single cuts on her skin ? After the scourging is there a wooden cross ?
A strong woman can endure more lashes of a thin victim....and so on.
