Whereas...what, if the guy was not the hero, the girl is gazing hopefully at? What, if he simply wants to do the job himself?
And show the coarse monster how to do tit-torture properly: The cutting comes at the very end. There are exciting cruelties to do beforehand like whipping the breast, biting, skewering, crushing the nipple, burning, red hot needles and so on.
Tit-torture is not for the beginners.
