Ouch! My very first demerits from Barb! Today is a historical day!:):cool:
Welcome to the club, mate!

Fantastic post, Barb! :clapping:

Made me laugh out loud! :D

“Good morning, Lieutenant Schiller. I believe you are looking for me. My name is Barbara Worralson. Do please let dear Jollyrei go.”

My name is Barbara Worralson.jpg
"My name is Barbara Worralson."

Jollyrei was stripped naked in front of the watching Messaline, which at least made the crucified girl smile. They stretched him out onto the cross. A nail was positioned against his wrist.

Wraggles shut his eyes as the hammer was raised into the air.

“Good morning, Lieutenant Schiller. I believe you are looking for me. My name is Barbara Worralson. Do please let dear Jollyrei go.”
Ah, well now. Made a fatal error there, didn't they, untying me. Famed for my daring and lucky escape gambit, me. So...hey...don't take that you SS bounders! I say, a man's trousers are his castle...oh, how does Barb put this? Ah right. Oh, shit! Look, let's just get back to the name, rank, and...if you would put down that spike and listen.

Oh hello, Barb. Thanks to you and Miss Messaline, and my rather, er, compromised posish here, only one bit of me is actually able to stand at the moment. Let it rep the esteem in which I hold you both,:very_hot: but really, these cads are up to no good. Run! I know! I'll shout in pain and anguish to cover your escape.:rolleyes:

(Unless someone wants to give me my trousers back. I'm sure it's all something we can work out, say by having you all surrender to us now. That would save trouble. Drop the hammer if my terms sound reasonable.):doh:

Jolly can you not recognize the old double blind?

It looks like a Sten 9mm sub-machine gun - almost impossible to aim with accuracy and the effective range is only 100m so, presumably, she'll be using it at close quarters... Okay, I admit, it's dangerous...

Define accuracy?

The guy in this video does go into a lot of detail but the point of choosing it is there is no messing for a demonstration of selective fire and if you watch the dirt thrown up you'll realise that the grouping is quite tight. 9mm Parabellum does tend to provide somewhat ropey accuracy as you approach 200m (though the Soumi a Finnish SMG is generally considered accurate with that cartridge out to 300m, so a lot depends on the gun you are firing it from) but the point of sub-machine guns was for close in work, light machine guns and rifles handled longer ranged stuff.

“It doesn’t condone masquerading as an enemy soldier, either; and I am ‘Lieutenant Schiller’ to you!”

Actually Scharfuhrer Schiller it does but don't take my word for it, why don't you confer with SS-Standartenfuhrer Otto Skorzeny ;)

As long as we don't shoot anyone while in enemy uniform we are still covered by the rules and usages of war. It says nothing about punch ups :p

Thanks, great video. Obviously much more user-friendly than I remembered, and you can understand how third world insurgents improvise home-made SMGs using car steering columns!
