HANDS: I like 'em all.
My favourite are 2, 5, and 8.
I am writing a story where the two crucified gals use style 8, by the way.

FEET: I like 'em all but for style 8 (I wanna see the nails).
 
Hand positions #5, 6, &7 are the more painful. Most of the leg positions #1 thru 4, & #6 just have the victim's legs hanging straight down. The #5 leg position allows the victim to "dance". The legs in positions #7 &8 are more painful while adding to the humiliation. I would say hands in #5 or 6, and legs in #8 for the best torment and humiliation.

Oh, wait! This thread is for what position I want to be crucified in. No, do me in #2 for the hands and #5 for the legs with them bent a little more. I've been in the position with arms over the patibulum before. Can't say that I'd want to do it again. Ouch! Our fellow member Modesto illustrates the perfect position that I would want.

I prefer classical positions.

1 and 1, or 2 and 1 for me, please. But the legs should be bent a bit, not perfectly straight along the stipes. A small footrest would be useful so I could push up more easily. (Well, you want to keep me alive as long as possible, right? ;))

I like legs positioned as in 3, but also bent.
