photoshop crux

This is a very impressive pic, St.jonny! B-)

I really like this contrast of the (seemingly) innocent and shy nymph and the torture of a crucified girl... ^:)^

Nice... ;;)

Lovely. It has a Maxfield Parrish quality to it. :ymdaydream:
The poetry, on the other hand - not so great. I assume English is not your native language.
It's OK. Keep posting art like this & you can write anything you want. :-bd

Hi Naraku,
We've never heard of Maxfield Parrish before. You always learn something new on this site!

St. Johny
look likes the basement in our cofeeshop :ymdevil:

The background is brilliant St Johnny. It is very clear and imaginative. It is also very much in the style of Damian and if I dare say so it is on a par if not better!!

You're probably just too young. His stuff was really big in the 60s & 70s.

I really like this one and another from Damain
I'll try manip some thing like this
hope is good as him ^^

my wife wanted to do this the moment she saw this. however the setting was in the woods instead of the desert. must admit the view of staked out naked female is awesome..my wife says there is nothing more humiliating then being tied naked and spreadeagled..what do you guys say..

Great work, saintjohny, very nice atmosphere in this scene. B-)

But in guess there is a little mistake in your pic: Look at the edges of the walls - this is a wide-angle view (the right photo-technical term?). So in this case your cross would tilt forwards. ;)

It's excellent St.Johny. Please explain how you did the shadows. We use Adobe Photoshop.

Thanks
Melissa

PS Just noticed Carpenter is right.

Nice work, St Johny

shadows can be made by inverting the figure to be shadowed and using it as a mask.

These days the software likely does it for you!
