I thought definitely male - and why not? We women need a bit of eye-candy, even while we're on our crosses!
I also wondered if the 'lovely thread' was the loincloth? A nice low-cut, hipster style, very becoming!

Is it possible to resend this picture? It is no longer available on Imgur, so I can visualize it but not save it to HD.Perhaps better might be a screenshot from one of the same artist's videos. (Easy to do, if you happen to have the vids!) I enlarged this about 20%, not enough to lose much definition, I think.

The girl above is a great hang as she pushes up with her legs, but the model below is straining so much more on her cross. So erotic! More towards the end as her legs spread apart and her arms and shoulders feel the agonizing strain of her hanging body.

I thought the set looked like one of Alex’s. I’ll have to look up the particular vid.
I can confirm that it's Wahlberg. That particular still was her first (I think) crucifixion position film. After that, I commissioned her to do an entire series of crux "experiments" as part of the Dr. Squalus films I commission. She was built to be crucified! Here's a sampling of a few of them from different films. She did a film where she was upside down and in different positions, but I haven't made screen shots of those yet.

I REALLY like Alex's Inquisition 105, which just recently dropped. The rigging is a new, somewhat devious design for AB, and the model is very good looking AND a good actor, to boot! (Although, who would want to boot such a pretty girl?)

I agree that: 1) the position is new and awesome! 2) the model (Alex told me her name is Anna Luna) is very good looking but 3) I disagree that she is a good actor. She moves too much during the film for my taste. Realistically, she should thrash like she is in the beginning, and then gradually realize that she is wasting her energy and move less, to conserve her body and make her life last longer. But in 105, she is moving just as fresh in the end as at the beginning. Fortunately, I know a way to fix that.
I was warned that she does not live in Moscow, so I would need to give notice for her to arrange to travel.

Some of Wahlberg inverted in Dr. Squalus' crucifixion demonstration to determine which position is the most painful. She tested 4 positions. This is one of them. Inside scoop: Near the end as she was doing a long hanging scene, Wahlberg called a stop to the action to be let down so that she could recover. Then they hoisted her back up to finish the scene.
