Numbers 2 and 4 would make for a pretty big fire. They should al be grateful for the mercy of a big fire and a quick end (and the women in number 2 should be grateful for any warmth).
Personally, I prefer a slow fire with lots of squirming and screaming.

The best victim to be burned at the stake in the 21st century is the smoker woman. And now, we caught Lara in the wood smoking her cigarette.
"Lara! Are you a witch?" "Yes, I am!"
"Well, do you know what the end of witches like you deserve?" "Yes, I Know: burning alive."
"Good! Give us your lighter and let us tie you to the pole. We will arrange a lot of dry wood under your feet."
"We want to see you burn slowly. No flammable liquid. We will set fire to the wood and wait for the flames to rise."
"Inhale smoke for the last time, Lara, but not the smoke of a sigarette. The smoke of your stake!"
"Burn, Lara! Burn alive"
The flames are doing their duty. There is no escape for Lara!
"It's your end, witch! Burn, burn, burn! Die in the flames! Burn at the stake, heretical witch, and your ashes will scatter with the wind!"

Tree lit up a Marlboro and took a sip of his whiskey. He lectured Lara that smoking could kill her. To prove his point he tossed his cigarette on the dry straw kindling stacked in the pile of wood surrounding the bound woman. A the fire grew he said "See what a cigarette can do?"
