Art by Dark Fall. The setting appears to be a remote cabin in some tropical and rather boggy forest. A rather pretty young lady who looks as though she has been dragged through the mud, is naked, tied and helpless. It would seem she is to be left there for the night as punishment, surrounded by all manner of creepy crawlies and other nasty things. Looking at the picture you can almost hear the sound of the cicadas.

There were two other victims he killed in the same way (bondage & strangulation). IIRC there names were Ruth Mercado, and Shirley Bridgeford. Pictures of all 3 tied up shortly before they were killed were released and published in detective magazines of the time, and I remember seeing them quite clearly. That wouldn't happen today, fortunately.
