As i said ligths are 90% of work, i have find a nice combination for outdoor lights, but i still have problems with insides :(
About blurring i don't get well.
If you mean to simply blur the figure in the background i can, by using camera focus, but if you mean to give her a kind of movement effect like a "wake" ( sorry i can't remeber the word) it's copmlex because i need Photshop and i like to not use it, but just use 3D images, it's more challeging not doing post production, but taht's what i look for :)

You didn't spot the mistake in first image, as you can see i added shadows, but there are, also the shadows of plate and stowel that are on the table, on the floor :confused:

Good attemp but they look quite unreal, first thing is that the body end chest are alwasy on focus, no double legs :) but a blur oround the back of the figutre.

In my viww the br colse to realistic thing as possible is by blur like for real cameras, actual camereas for sport takes 5000 frames per second (fps) at high resolution , it's imposible to have blur runners, or racing car

Let me know, if you like focus effect first image, otherwise in a real pictures of whatever thing is moving, it looks like is perfectly still
If not it means that the photographer don't have skills, or the camera is wrong.
Modern cameras allow you to take many pics a second, so you will always find one with the moving object person perfectly on focus.

Sorry my dear
I can pose the girl head, but i can't morph the hairs, or clothes :(
To be able to do that you need dynamic hairs and clothes...
All i have to work whit it's for free, so i cheat on you :p
The office is the same of girls room, as the cellar the gym, the sex room, the stage, is the same room i simply changed walls texitures.
Today i used the book room, and created Dr. Linda office see the white, floor the textirue are from internet., the Model House, main room is simply two planse whit Marble texiture on the floor and silk indian texiture on the wall.:D
The hospital beds are the base of girls bed, that i scaled, and the materass of the cell bed.
I spend more time in finding a way to put things togheter than, creating an image :D
I can't spend any money to purchase others things, and dynamic chlotes and hairs also require a powerfull PC station.

Italians are also known for finding solutions to problems with nothing :D
Basically before creating a scene i create objects, by modifing and combining the what i have, i can just create plans sphere or cubes, then i merge them in the scenes.
I wish i could buy what i need, that's why i can't make good torture scenes, i don't have ropes or a lashes :( can't find anywhere.
